I’m generally happy to grant permission for the use of my photos (such as landscapes) for personal projects or anything that’s simply cool!
However, if you’re a large corporation or a business looking to use my work commercially, you will need to obtain licensing rights. That said, it’s always a good idea to contact me regardless—just shoot me an email at [email protected].
I usually do not grant rights for my self-portraits, except if there’s something particularly cool you want to do with them—in that case, reach out, and we can discuss it.
My photos are monitored through Pixsy, which is authorized to issue cease and desist notices in cases of non-compliance. However, if you’re a small creator or the reproduction is done in good faith, I will generally choose not to enforce my copyright rights—but I’d appreciate an acknowledgment. :3
